
Dr. Armstrong received his undergraduate degree from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He joined Orthopedic Surgery, P.C. after completing his orthopedic residency and a hand fellowship at Duke University in 1983. A Board-certified orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Armstrong also serves as a clinical professor of hand surgery at Emory University and has contributed to several academic publications.

Graduating with honors from the State University of New York in Albany, he went on to earn a Ph.D. in Immunology and Microbiology and his medical degree at the University of Florida. After serving as the Chief Resident in orthopedics at Emory University, Dr. Axelrod joined Orthopedic Surgery, P.C. in 1988. He enjoys the personal connections he makes with his patients and their families. Dr. Axelrod is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery.

A college honors graduate, Dr. Cadier received his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Chicago before serving in the U.S. Navy. In 1974, Dr. Cadier moved his family to Atlanta to complete his orthopedic residency at Emory University and has been with Orthopedic Surgery, P.C. for his entire orthopedic career. Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, Dr. Cadier is the Senior Orthopedic Surgeon at Gwinnett Medical Center and is Chief of Orthopedics.

Dr. Stokes graduated with honors from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro and from East Carolina University College of Medicine. After finishing his orthopedic residency at the University of South Alabama, Dr. Stokes completed a prestigious sports medicine fellowship at the Mississippi Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Center in Jackson, where he acquired leading-edge surgical techniques, which he has applied in practice since joining Orthopedic Surgery, P.C. in 2003.
